Yohana focuses her practice on general corporate and dispute resolution matters. She has been involved in legal due diligence for publicly listed companies, as well as various commercial disputes and civil litigation matters.
Yohana graduated from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Padjadjaran with a concentration in Business Law. During her studies, she represented the university in various national moot court competitions. In 2023, her team won first place at the National Moot Court Competition Hotma Sitompoel Trophy, and she also received several awards at the National Moot Court Competition ALSA Supreme Court Trophy XXIV.
Prior to joining LHBM Counsel, Yohana completed internships at several law firms in Jakarta, where she gained exposure to capital markets, general corporate, and dispute resolution matters.
