Our Team
Mayo Falmonti Sitompul is an IPR Consultant at LHBM.
He is a seasoned lawyer with significant experiences in intellectual property area and also a registered intellectual property consultant. Mayo obtained his Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law Degree from the University of Indonesia.
Heru is the founder and a partner at LHBM.
He is the former regional legal counsel for General Electric Company covering healthcare business for South East Asia. Previously, he was the senior counsel at newly-acquired GE Grid Solutions and GE Global Growth & Operations. With experience as in-house counsel and numerous years working for prominent law firms in Indonesia, Heru has significant experiences and exposures to a number of notable transactions in different businesses. Heru is focusing mainly on general corporate and commercial, employment, foreign investment, infrastructure, and healthcare matters. He was named as recommended lawyer by www.legal500.com in 2011. Heru graduated from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan (S.H) and a master of law candidate from Leiden University (LL.M).
Alexander Hutauruk is a founder and a partner at LHBM.
He has vast experience in representing and advising international companies and financial institutions in Indonesia. With his solid foundation of Indonesian law and his pragmatic approach, Alex has represented and advised a number of clients on loan syndications, derivatives, merger and acquisitions, payment system and e-commerce. Alex has also been invited to several universities in Indonesia as a visiting lecturer and taken up a number of speaking slots in law conferences and workshops. Alex graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada (S.H) and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M).
Rio Lassatrio is a founder and partner at LHBM Counsel.
He is a qualified lawyer with more than a decade of practice experience. He specialises in corporate and M&A, project and infrastructure, and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in representing and advising national and multinational companies in Indonesia in numerous projects, such as syndicated financing projects, construction of 150 kV/20 kV transmission lines and substations facility, acquisition of shares of an Indonesian financial services, and complex commercial litigations. Rio was named as one of the Indonesia’s A-list of top 100 lawyers for 2020 by the Asia Business Law Journal, Indonesia’s Rising Star for 2019 by the Asian Legal Business, and was chosen by his clients as Asialaw Leading Lawyers 2012 based on Asialaw Profiles Survey 2012.
