Venesia is an associate at LHBM Counsel with experience in handling complex litigation and a broad range of corporate and regulatory matters. She joined the firm in 2024 and has been involved in commercial disputes, bankruptcy proceedings, fiduciary security execution, transactional work, and data protection–related matters.
Her practice includes representing clients in high-value disputes and enforcement actions involving claims reaching approximately USD 30 million, as well as conducting legal due diligence, preparing prospectuses, drafting agreements, and advising on regulatory compliance. Venesia also actively supervises and mentors trainee associates as part of her professional responsibilities.
Venesia has a particular focus on personal data protection and digital law. She assists clients with the preparation of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), and privacy policies, and has contributed to academic discussions on data protection as an assistant guest lecturer at various universities. She is currently an LL.M candidate in Law and Digital Technology.
